Job Description

• The Junior Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the construction progress of landed residential projects, including Detached Houses and Semi-Detached Houses.

• The role involves coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and the project team to ensure that works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and the project schedule.

• Candidates with strong experience in building construction and architectural finishing works will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the overall progress of landed residential projects.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor site progress and ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

• Coordinate structural, architectural, S&P, M&E, and external works.

• Monitor workmanship quality and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve site issues.

• Updates and report project issues, delays, and risks to the Project Manager.
