Job Responsibilities

• To supervise site works to ensure compliance with approved drawing, quality, safety and regulatory requirement。
• To monitor contractors’ resource allocation and work progress to ensure timely completion.
• To coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and relevant authorities for smooth project execution.
• To liaise with contractors and consultants to resolve technical discrepancies and matters relating to variation works.
• To attend site meetings and resolve site coordination issues.
• To ensure all drawings, BQ and relevant project documents are in place.
• To manage defect rectification and customer complaints during the Defect Liability Period (DLP).

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering/Architecture/Building or related field.
• Min. 5 years of relevant experience in high-rise property development.
• Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Willing to be based at the project site in Melaka.

Pay: From RM2,309.71 per month
