Education / Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in BusinessAdministration, Project Management, or a related field.

• 2+ years working experience

Job Description:

• Manage project documentation byorganizing, filing, updating, and sharing contracts, workflows, and progressreports.

• Maintain project schedules bymonitoring individual tasks, tracking deadlines, and proactively flagging risksto the Project Manager.

• Track project budgets byprocessing purchase orders, reconciling contractor invoices, and reporting costdeviations.

• Facilitate team communication byacting as the main administrative liaison between project members, vendors, andstakeholders.

• Enforce compliance standards byensuring all administrative procedures meet internal company policies andindustry regulations

Skill sets:

• Experience in usage of Microsoft Officeapplications

• Is meticulous and able to work independently

• Goodpresentation skills, communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills andcustomer-service orientation
