Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sales enquiries and provide timely follow-ups with clients through emails, phone calls, and meetings.

• Assist the proposal team in gathering required documentation and maintaining proper filing records within company servers.

• Prepare quotations for main projects and variant orders using the Autocount system.

• Process and enter sales orders for main projects, project variant orders, and revised purchase orders (including intercompany transactions).

• Maintain and update customer information and records in the Autocount system.

• Monitor and update quotation status and sales progress in the system.

• Manage vendor registrations with new clients and ensure existing client information is kept updated on respective platforms.

• Follow up with project focal persons for project updates and status tracking.

• Monitor and maintain Monthly-To-Date (MTD) and Year-To-Date (YTD) sales performance records

• Prepare sales, customer, agent, and other management reports as required.

• Liaise with clients, agents, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project coordination.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in sales administration, coordination, customer service or a similar role

• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Experience with Autocount or similar business management systems will be an advantage.
