Position: Human Resource Executive/Manager
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time
Location: Ubi MRT/Macpherson MRT
Salary: Commensurate with experience

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and people‑centric Human Resource Personnel to support our organisation in strengthening HR operations, improving employee experience, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide HR advisory to management on manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Review and enhance HR policies, SOPs, and documentation
• Support payroll administration, leave management, and HRIS updates
• Handle employee matters, workplace issues, and support conflict resolution professionally
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, employment laws, and workplace policies
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and manpower analytics
• Drive HR projects such as talent development, culture building, process improvement and event planning

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience; consultancy experience is a bonus
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
• Able to work independently
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
