About the Role

We're looking for a UAT Tester to support the redevelopment of a analytics system, taking charge of UAT across the full data pipeline — from data ingestion and validation right through to transformation and dashboard visualisation.

You'll work closely with data custodians and product managers to translate business requirements into robust test cases, while partnering with the vendor to identify gaps, track defects, and ensure data integrity throughout the pipeline.

What You Will Do

Test Planning & Execution

• Work with data custodians and product managers to understand business and data requirements, translating these into test scenarios and test cases.
• Plan and execute UAT across the end-to-end data pipeline, covering ingestion, validation, transformation, and dashboard outputs.
• Review vendor-provided test cases, identify gaps, and develop additional test cases as needed.

Defect Management & Vendor Coordination

• Log, track, and follow up with the vendor on defects and issues identified during testing, ensuring timely resolution.
• Ensure vendor documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date, following up where gaps are identified.

Data Validation & Quality

• Validate data accuracy and integrity throughout the pipeline, identifying and flagging duplicate, missing, or inaccurate data.
• Participate in data cleansing activities, working with the vendor to correct data issues.

What We Are Looking For

• Singaporean Only
• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Prior experience in UAT, software testing, or QA, ideally within data or analytics projects
• Strong understanding of data pipelines — ingestion, validation, transformation, and reporting/dashboards
