Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Risk Management Manager to oversee risk control across the company’s import, export, and domestic trade operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in commodity trading risk management, trade finance, and supply chain operations, with a proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate business risks while supporting sound commercial decision-making. The role will work closely with trading, finance, operations, and headquarters risk management teams to support the company’s risk governance framework.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct risk reviews and business analysis for import, export, and domestic trading activities, providing timely risk insights and recommendations to management.

• Monitor operational, market, credit, and counterparty risks associated with commodity trading and supply chain transactions.

• Review trading transactions, contractual terms, credit assessments, and risk control documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and risk management frameworks.

• Collaborate with business, finance, legal, and operations teams to identify potential risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.

• Prepare risk assessment reports, management reports, and related documentation to support governance, compliance, and business decision-making.

• Monitor key risk indicators and recommend improvements to internal control processes and risk management procedures.

• Support the implementation and continuous enhancement of enterprise risk management and compliance initiatives.
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor'sDegree in Finance, Economics, International Trade, Accounting, Business, Risk Management, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commodity trading, risk management, trade finance, supply chain management, or related fields.

• Strong understanding of commodity trading operations, international trade practices, credit risk assessment, supply chain financing, and risk management frameworks.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and report-writing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Mandarin language proficiency would be an advantage to facilitate communication with regional stakeholders and headquarters.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes when required.
