Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate licensing applications, renewals, variations, and regulatory notifications for licensed and registered personnel with the Commission Malaysia (SC), Bursa Malaysia.
• Coordinate the registration, appointment, cessation, and updating of regulated positions with the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC), Bursa Malaysia, and Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), ensuring all notifications and approvals are submitted within regulatory timelines.
• Ensure compliance with the Capital Markets and Services Act (CMSA), Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) requirements, and Bursa Malaysia rules.
• Maintain accurate licensing records and databases and monitor regulatory deadlines.
• Provide guidance and advisory support on licensing requirements, examinations, Continuing Professional Education (CPE), and regulatory matters
• Liaise with regulators, internal stakeholders, and external parties on licensing and compliance-related matters.
• Monitor regulatory developments and update internal processes and procedures accordingly.
• Prepare licensing reports and management updates to support regulatory compliance and governance requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in licensing, regulatory compliance, or a related function within the financial services or capital markets industry.
• Strong knowledge of CMSA 2007, SC Licensing Handbook, Bursa Malaysia rules, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple regulatory deadlines effectively.
