Job Responsibilities:

Experienced Functional Consultant (ERP) to lead the delivery of enterprise ERP solutions by analysing business requirements, providing functional consultancy, and supporting end-to-end ERP implementation projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality ERP solutions that meet business objectives and project timelines.

• Analyse business processes and gather functional requirements to design and implement ERP solutions.
• Lead ERP solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, and post-implementation support.
• Provide functional consultancy and recommend solutions that align with business needs, industry best practices, and project objectives.
• Conduct solution workshops, business process mapping, gap analysis, and functional design sessions with stakeholders.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test plans, training materials, and user documentation.
• Support project planning, effort estimation, risk assessment, and solution delivery within agreed scope, budget, and timelines.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful system integration, data migration, and application deployment.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal preparation, and technical presentations.
• Mentor team members, provide functional guidance, and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay current with ERP product enhancements, industry trends, and emerging technologies to recommend process improvements and innovative solutions.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience as an ERP Functional Consultant.
• Expertise in ERP functional configuration, business process mapping, and solution design.
• Experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and functional documentation.
• Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies, testing, and deployment.
• Familiarity with ERP integration, data migration, and reporting processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to mentor teams and collaborate effectively across cross-functional and customer-facing environments.
