Responsibilities

About the Role
We are looking for a software engineer who thinks from first principles , challenges assumptions, and enjoys solving complex real-world problems.
This role is not only about building software. It is about understanding how supply chain operations truly work, how decisions are made, where friction exists, and how technology can create better outcomes .

Improve visibility into allocation performance, carrier commitments, and routing effectiveness.
Decision Intelligence & Automation

Transform operational knowledge, SOPs, and planning rules into scalable software.

Build recommendation engines, automation capabilities, and decision-support tools.

Help operators focus on exceptions and judgment-intensive decisions rather than repetitive work.

Design systems that provide transparency, explainability, and trust in automated recommendations.
Data & System Challenges

Work with complex business entities and relationships.

Design scalable data models and operational workflows.

Build integrations with customers, carriers, vendors, and enterprise platforms.
