Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a talented IT Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to our retail business, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to office and retail outlets for hardware, software and network-related issues.

• Install, configure and maintain hardware and software components, including point-of-sale (POS) systems, printers, scanners, and other retail technology.

• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed.

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates, backups and security patches.

• Assist in the setup and configuration of new IT equipment and systems for retail stores.

• Document and maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations and support activities.

• Provide training and guidance to office and retail staff on the use of IT systems and applications.

• Setup and maintenance to CCTV installed in company and retail outlets

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field preferred.

• Previous experience in IT support or a similar role, preferably in a retail environment.

• Able to setup CCTV in retail outlets.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.

• Familiarity with POS systems and retail technology solutions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional support services.

• Possess own vehicle.
