About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to support our day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, enjoys working with numbers and systems, and can communicate effectively across internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Order processing and system data entry.

• Assist stock logistics for the office and warehouse.

• Work closely with the China team to resolve logistics-related issues in a timely manner.

• Maintain and update ERP records, packing lists, and other logistics documents.

• Liaise with 3PL partners, including outsourced warehouses and distributors.

• Monitor warehouse inventory levels and support stock fulfillment.

• Perform ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

• Strong numerical sense and attention to detail for data entry, order processing, logistics, and warehouse operations.

• Familiar with ERP systems; Oracle experience is an advantage.

• Responsible, well-organised, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

• Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in logistics operations.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Immediate availability is preferred.
