Full Time F-B Supervisor-Captain Jobs, salary up to SGD 2,500 in NEXTBEAT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. - Ricebowl

Monthly Salary: Up to $3,000 (Negotiable)

Working Address: Mohamed Sultan Rd

Working Hours: 5-day work week, 48 hours per week (Fixed Off Days: Monday & Tuesday)

                            Thursday & Saturday: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM (2-hour break)

                             Sunday, Wednesday & Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Lead daily service operations to ensure smooth outlet performance

• Build and maintain positive relationships with guests

• Taking customer orders and providing accurate menu recommendations

• Promoting products through strong product knowledge and service skills

• Ensuring outlet setup is completed and pre-shift checks are carried out

• Maintaining high guest satisfaction by proactively supporting service and bar operations

• Identifying opportunities to improve operational procedures and systems

• Conducting basic staff training and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Qualification and Requirements:

• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• A proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership of tasks

• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to drive solutions

• Willingness to learn and continuously improve

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience in food and beverage operations or hospitality will be an advantage
