Provide L1 operational and user support, including cyber alerts and incident response on a 24/7 roster basis.
Support system verification testing after patching and maintenance activities.
Co-manage monitoring dashboards, alerting systems, change management, and O&M playbooks.
Perform vulnerability management, user access reviews, log reviews, and risk register management.
Conduct cybersecurity awareness and preparedness exercises.
Support cybersecurity reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement.
Support programme teams in solution analysis, design, planning, integration, implementation, testing, commissioning, and operations.
Support technical activities including cybersecurity/privacy risks, compliance, inventory, configuration, and change management.
Provision, install, configure, harden, monitor, and administer technical systems and cloud infrastructure.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT Operations or Cybersecurity Operations, with exposure to SDLC.
Experience in IT service delivery and maintaining SLA/OLAs.
Knowledge/experience in Cybersecurity, DevOps/DevSecOps, Cloud (AWS/Azure), Windows/Linux, Network/Infrastructure, Database, Middleware, or Systems Integration.
Good analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
ITIL/CISSP or relevant certifications are highly desirable.
Project management knowledge and familiarity with AI are advantageous.
