We are seeking a talented and dedicated Software Engineer to join our innovative and growing team at Omni HR. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain software solutions
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that meets coding standards and best practices
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimum performance and functionality
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve team coding practices
• Continuously research and evaluate new technologies to improve product quality and performance
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Write and maintain technical documentation for all developed software projects
• Mentor and assist junior team members, promoting a collaborative and learning environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in software development with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products
• Proficient in at least one programming language (Java, C++, Python, etc.)
• Experience with front-end and back-end development using relevant technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, etc.)
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN, etc.)
• Knowledge of web services and APIs
• Experience with relational databases and SQL
