Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of projects related to testing services for our clients. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and has a strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute and monitor project timelines and deliverables
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Manage project risks and issues, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
• Conduct regular status meetings, provide progress updates and ensure timely completion of project milestones
• Ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to project specifications
• Manage project budgets and ensure projects are delivered within the allocated budget
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery
• Serve as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and vendors
• Provide regular project status reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the software testing domain
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and meeting quality standards
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
• PMP certification (preferred).
