Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Oversight: Define end-to-end application architecture, microservices design, cloud infrastructure patterns, and API strategies for regional platforms.
• Hands-on Development: Lead core module development across both frontend (React, Angular, or Vue) and backend (Node.js, Java, Python, or Go) stacks.
• Engineering Standards: Establish coding guidelines, CI/CD automated deployment standards, security protocols, and performance optimization practices.
• Technical Leadership: Drive architectural review sessions, mentor distributed engineering teams across APAC, and guide technical decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Management, DevOps, Security, and regional business leads to align technology with business goals.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in a lead engineer or solution architect capacity.
• Advanced proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React/Vue/Angular) and backend microservices stacks.
• Deep cloud architecture experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience working in remote, distributed, cross-cultural APAC teams.
• Strong fluency in system design patterns, distributed systems, and database engineering (SQL & NoSQL).
