Engineer End User Services

Location: Ang Mo Kio Street 64, Singapore (Banking Industry)
Salary: Up to SGD 3,800/month

Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain Microsoft End User Computing (EUC) infrastructure.
• Administer Microsoft technologies including SCCM, Active Directory and Azure.
• Ensure desktop and mobile computing services are available and meet SLA requirements.
• Manage end-user computing operations, security compliance and service availability.
• Support 24x7 operations and Disaster Recovery (DR) activities.
• Work closely with business users to improve workplace productivity and mobility solutions.

Requirements:

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Technology or related Technology discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of infrastructure-related experience.

Experience

• 3–5 years in End User Computing (EUC) / Microsoft Infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with:
• SCCM
• Active Directory
• Azure Fundamentals
• Experience in Workplace Productivity & Enterprise Mobility technologies.
• Helpdesk/Desktop Support experience.

Certifications

• ITIL v3 or v4.
• Microsoft Certifications are preferred.

Soft Skills

• Good communication and stakeholder management.
• People development skills.
• Knowledge of banking regulations.
• Understanding of software and licensing management.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,800.00 per month
