Description:
Role Overview:
As a Program Manager within the UAV Division, you will be responsible for leading diverse teams, managing project lifecycles, and coordinating cross-functional activities to achieve business objectives. Job Description:
Lead, mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team focused on production and drones assembly within the UAV Division.
Manage day-to-day operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering, production, and supply chain teams, to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
Develop and implement strategic plans to support business growth and operational excellence in advanced material engineering.
Prepare and present detailed reports and performance metrics to senior management for informed decision-making.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and company policies.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Aerospace, or related disciplines is preferred.
Proven experience in a Program managerial role within engineering, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing sectors, preferably with exposure to UAV technologies.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, complemented by strong problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under pressure.
Familiarity with advanced materials, composites, and manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
