Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: Define project scopes, charter goals, detailed work plans, schedules, resource allocations, and budget estimates.
• Agile / Waterfall Facilitation: Run project governance—including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and steering committee meetings.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks, scope creep, bottlenecks, and technical dependencies.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary point of communication between technical teams, business units, vendors, and executive leadership.
• Vendor & Resource Management: Coordinate internal team members and third-party vendors to ensure accountability and deliverables meeting quality benchmarks.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience managing software, IT, or digital transformation projects.
• Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or PRINCE2.
• Solid experience with project management tooling (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana).
• Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary engineering and business teams.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, risk management, and communication skills.
