Project Engineer (Contract)

Employment Type: Contract (Renewable based on performance)

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination & Management

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects from commencement to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and scheduled timelines.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, technical documents, and related project records.

Site Inspection & Installation Supervision

• Conduct site inspections, including site measurements, technical assessments, and project evaluations.
• Supervise installation works at project sites to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Identify site issues and provide effective technical solutions.
• Coordinate and communicate with site teams, contractors, and customers to ensure successful project implementation.

Technical Drawing & Design

• Prepare, modify, and update AutoCAD 2D and 3D drawings(plus point) according to project requirements.
• Coordinate design changes and ensure drawings are updated accordingly.
• Review technical drawings, layouts, and specifications to ensure compliance with customer requirements and project standards.

Quality & Safety Compliance

• Ensure all project activities are carried out according to company quality standards, safety procedures, and site requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate corrective actions when necessary.
• Support testing, inspection, and commissioning activities during project completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering (hanical, Electrical, Civil, or related disciplines).
• Minimum 2–3 years of project engineering, site engineering, or installation experience is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and 3D(plus point) software.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, engineering specifications, and installation processes.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and project assignments.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
