Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about accounting? Join our growing Retail and F&B group and become part of a dynamic Finance team supporting our supermarket and restaurant outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
• Verify supplier invoices and prepare payment vouchers.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
• Reconcile supplier and customer accounts.
• Assist with inventory reconciliation and fixed asset records.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare audit schedules and maintain proper accounting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of accounting experience in the restaurant, retail, or F&B industry will have an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. SQL Accounting, AutoCount, UBS, or similar).
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Responsible, trustworthy, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
