The IT Laboratory Support Technician is responsible for ensuring the operational readiness, security, and reliability of all computers, peripherals, and supporting technologies within the campus self-access room.

The IT Laboratory Support Technician is responsible for ensuring the operational readiness, security, and reliability of all computers, peripherals, and supporting technologies within the campus self-access room.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all laboratory computers, printers, projectors, and peripheral devices are fully operational and available for teaching activities
- Troubleshoot Windows desktop issue
- Install, configure, and maintain approved software packages used within the self-access room.
- Perform system maintenance
- Ensure orderly conduct of the student within the premisses
- Diploma in IT or relavant
- Windows 10 and 11 desktop troubleshooting
- Office 365 troubleshooting
- OS installation and configuration
