Role Overview:

The Solution Architect will design and implement scalable, high-performance architectures for our online payment gateway systems. This role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions, guiding the development team through the implementation process, and incorporating DevOps practices to ensure seamless integration and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture Design: Develop comprehensive architectural solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and best practices.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet user needs.
• Vendor Management: Work with external vendors to procure and maintain hardware and software solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain architectural documentation, including system diagrams, design patterns, and integration strategies.
• Disaster Recovery: Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality, performance, and security of architectural solutions through rigorous review and testing processes.
• Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending and incorporating new tools and methodologies to enhance system capabilities.
• DevOps Integration: Implement and manage DevOps practices, including continuous integration, continuous deployment (CI/CD), and automated testing to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of software solutions.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture and design, with a strong background in DevOps practices.
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of system architecture, design patterns, various technology stacks, including cloud services, microservices, and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with strong project management skills.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, DevOps) preferred.
