岗位职责

We’re growing and looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

If you’re disciplined, proactive, organised, and capable of leading people in a fast-moving operational environment, this role is for you.

At Black Gold Security, you’ll gain hands-on experience managing security operations across multiple client sites. You won’t be confined to routine office work. You’ll work closely with Security Officers, site supervisors, clients, and management to maintain service quality, strengthen operational discipline, and respond to real situations on the ground.

Structured guidance will be provided, but we’re looking for someone who takes ownership, responds decisively, and is ready to grow into greater operational responsibilities over time.

Location

Taman Daya, Johor Bahru

What You’ll Be Doing

Security Operations

  • Assist in developing, implementing, and enforcing company security policies, procedures, and site-specific Security Operating Procedures.
  • Ensure a consistently high level of compliance with operational and security requirements.
  • Plan and coordinate daily security operations across assigned client sites and special events.
  • Identify security and operational risks and recommend practical corrective or preventive measures.
  • Investigate security incidents, client complaints, service issues, and feedback, and prepare the required reports.
  • Provide security-related guidance and recommendations to management, clients, supervisors, and Security Officers.
  • Ensure all security and surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems and patrol tools, is functioning properly and report any defects promptly.
  • Maintain accurate daily monitoring records for management review.

Team Supervision

  • Supervise, delegate duties to, train, coach, and support Security Officers and site supervisors.
  • Monitor the performance, attendance, conduct, discipline, and integrity of security personnel.
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, briefings, and operational follow-ups.
  • Ensure Security Officers understand and comply with post orders, assignment instructions, and client requirements.
  • Take appropriate action when performance, discipline, attendance, or compliance issues are identified.
  • Support manpower coordination, replacement arrangements, and emergency deployment requirements.

Documentation and Reporting

  • Ensure operational forms, checklists, occurrence books, incident reports, inspection reports, and other records are completed accurately and on time.
  • Review and verify Security Officer timesheets before submission.
  • Maintain organised and updated site records, personnel information, deployment details, and operational documentation.
  • Prepare operational reports and updates for management and clients when required.
  • Follow up on outstanding corrective actions and ensure identified issues are properly resolved.

Emergency Response

  • Remain contactable on a 24/7 on-call basis for urgent incidents and operational emergencies.
  • Provide prompt instructions, guidance, and coordination during emergencies or serious occurrences.
  • Escalate incidents to management and relevant parties according to established procedures.

What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in Security Management, Business Administration, Law Enforcement, Occupational Safety and Health, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in security operations, site supervision, law enforcement, military service, or a related operational role is preferred.
  • Able to lead, train, coach, and manage Security Officers effectively.
  • Strong discipline, integrity, judgement, and sense of responsibility.
  • Able to manage multiple sites, priorities, and operational issues.
  • Good communication, investigation, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, digital reporting systems, and workforce-management applications.
  • Able to work independently and respond calmly during emergencies.
  • Willing to travel between client sites within Johor.
  • Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
  • Willing to be contactable after working hours when urgent operational support is required.
  • Ambitious, willing to learn, and interested in building a long-term career in security operations.
