We are looking for an experienced senior operations manager with a strong background in the F&B industry to oversee and drive the operational performance of 6–7 restaurant outlets. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can ensure operational excellence, maintain brand standards, improve profitability, and lead outlet management teams to achieve business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of 6–7 restaurant outlets to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
• Lead, coach, and supervise outlet managers, supervisors, and operational teams to achieve company KPIs.
• Ensure consistent implementation of company SOPs, service standards, food quality, hygiene, and safety requirements across all outlets.
• Monitor outlet sales, labor costs, food costs, and operating expenses to maximize profitability.
• Analyze outlet performance and implement action plans to improve sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular outlet visits, operational audits, and performance reviews.
• Work closely with the kitchen, HR, finance, marketing, and purchasing departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage manpower planning, staffing requirements, and employee development across all assigned outlets.
• Resolve operational issues, customer complaints, and outlet challenges promptly and professionally.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and guest experience.
• Prepare operational reports, budgets, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, food safety, and health standards.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5–8 years of operations management experience in the F&B, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
• Proven experience managing multiple restaurant outlets (preferably 6 or more outlets).
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, cost control, inventory management, labor planning, and financial performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound business decisions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel frequently between outlets.
