Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web-based applications and internal systems.
• Enhance and maintain existing applications to improve performance, usability, and functionality.
• Work closely with business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop new features and modules based on business needs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues.
• Perform system testing and ensure applications meet quality standards.
• Maintain technical documentation for developed systems.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and development to deployment and support.
• Provide technical support and improvements for existing systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mortgage consultants and accounting teams.

Job Requirements / Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Experience in software development, web application development, or system development.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, PHP, Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
• Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular) is an advantage.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar.
• Understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems independently.
• Good analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business requirements.
