We are hiring an HR Generalist (People & Culture Professional – Enterprise Services) for a 12-month contract based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Experience: 2+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end HR employee lifecycle processes (job changes, offboarding, benefits, data & records, time & absence).
• Ensure timely and accurate HR operations while maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Manage HR service delivery metrics, SLAs, and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Provide guidance on complex HR-related queries from employees, business leaders, and HR partners.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships through effective communication and customer service excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or Client Services.

Hands-on experience with Workday HRIS.

Good understanding of CSAT, DSAT, SLA, and Case Management reporting.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Diploma or bachelor's degree in human resources, Social Sciences, or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.

• Oil & Gas industry experience (preferred)
