Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Maintenance staff on normal shift, driving performance across maintenance cost per wafer, equipment reliability, fab yield, and throughput.
• Provide technical support and tool-specific expertise to Maintenance Specialists and Line Support staff.
• Translate Production and Engineering requirements into actionable maintenance plans, working closely with both functions to meet committed manufacturing targets.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in wafer fabrication.
• Hands-on experience with LAM Rainbow, LAM 4520XLE, LAM Exelan HPT, LAM 2300, and AMAT SuperE tool sets.
• Genuine hands-on technical experience is essential.
