Company Overview

We are an ambulance company that provides services for Accident & Emergency (A&E) cases, medical appointment, event standby, hospital discharge, and more. We have a fleet of ambulances and continue expanding to serve Singaporeans amid an aging population. Responsibilities

  • Manage ambulance bookings by scheduling and dispatching resources accurately to ensure timely deployment
  • Handle customer calls and inquiries professionally to provide clear and accurate information about services
  • Coordinate with operations staff to confirm ambulance and team availability and resolve booking challenges
  • Follow up with clients to provide updates and resolve service-related issues promptly
  • Assist the Coordinator in scheduling, dispatching, and allocating resources to support daily operations
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, incident reports, and vehicle usage to ensure operational transparency
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, paramedics, and EMTs to ensure smooth execution of ambulance bookings
  • Address customer feedback and escalate issues to the Operations Manager when necessary
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Expected to take calls for 1 weekend per month (Work from Home)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum O Level/diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in administration or customer service is a plus
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administrative, or operations roles
  • Experience in healthcare, logistics, or emergency services is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Work permit holders are welcome to apply
