Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced System Analyst / Infrastructure Engineer to support and manage enterprise infrastructure, virtualization, cloud platforms, and production environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for infrastructure operations, system administration, platform engineering, production support, security compliance, and project delivery across Windows and Linux environments.

Role Overview:

The role requires strong experience in enterprise infrastructure, virtualization, Kubernetes, Citrix, Windows/Linux administration, security hardening, automation, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver highly available, secure, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer enterprise Windows and Linux server infrastructure.
• Design, deploy, and maintain Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Manage Citrix Virtual Apps infrastructure supporting enterprise users.
• Perform infrastructure administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Lead infrastructure implementation, migration, upgrade, and deployment projects from planning through go-live.
• Perform operating system patching, vulnerability remediation, and security hardening.
• Review infrastructure architecture and recommend improvements for scalability, availability, and security.
• Manage virtualization platforms including VMware, Hyper-V, and KVM.
• Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, file servers, and related Windows infrastructure services.
• Configure and maintain enterprise Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions including SFTP platforms.
• Implement backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and storage administration.
• Support CI/CD deployment processes and infrastructure automation initiatives.
• Monitor enterprise infrastructure using monitoring and security tools.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Work closely with application teams, project managers, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver infrastructure solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, implementation plans, operational procedures, and knowledge transfer documentation.
