Requirements
Engineering Degree holder with high CGPA > 3.5.
Highly self-motivated and proactive.
Good communication skill.
Have basic knowledge in Semiconductor Fabrication and Device Physics.
Capable of doing basic programming such as Excel VBA and TCL.
Responsibilities
To develop device SPICE models for circuit design of logic, analog and mixed-signal including high voltage devices in advanced nodes of CMOS technology.
