Role Description The KOL Coordinator is a full-time hybrid role based in Kuala Lumpur, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. This role is responsible for

• Identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with KOLs across social media platforms.

- The KOL Coordinator will coordinate campaign briefs, negotiate deliverables, monitor content quality and timelines, and ensure that KOL output aligns with brand objectives.

- Daily tasks include maintaining KOL databases, tracking campaign performance, preparing status updates and reports, and collaborating with internal teams

- The role also involves supporting the optimization of influencer strategies, resolving operational issues promptly, and contributing ideas to improve campaign efficiency and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in influencer marketing or KOL management, including outreach, onboarding, and relationship coordination.
• Strong skills in campaign coordination and project management, with the ability to handle multiple KOLs and timelines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work effectively with KOLs, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
