• Position: IT Support Engineer – VoIP, Cloud PBX & Networking
• Location: Aljunied
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 9.00AM to 6.00PM
• Salary: Basic up to $4,000 + Performance Bonus
• Benefits: 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits

• Our client is an established IT and communications solutions provider supporting business customers with voice, network and cloud-based communication systems. They are seeking an IT Support Engineer to implement solutions and provide remote and on-site technical support.
• This role offers hands-on exposure to VoIP, Cloud PBX, network switches, routers and customer-facing IT support. Product training will be provided, making it suitable for candidates who are eager to build practical experience in communications and networking technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Configure VoIP, Cloud PBX, switches, routers and network peripherals.
• Provide helpdesk, remote and on-site technical support.
• Troubleshoot system and network issues at customer sites.
• Review system design documents against customer requirements.
• Maintain good customer relationships and service standards.
• Keep updated on products and industry developments.
• Manage multiple support assignments and service requests.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O-Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of IT, networking or communication systems.
• VoIP, Cloud PBX, switches or routers knowledge is advantageous.
• Good troubleshooting, planning and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn and able to work in a team.
• Training will be provided.
• Able to travel to customer sites when required.
