Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrative Assistant to support our sales team by managing sales documents, maintaining customer databases, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team and management to facilitate daily sales operations
• Prepare and process accurate sales quotations, proposals, and contracts to support sales activities
• Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
• Track sales targets and performance metrics to assist in monitoring team progress
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries to provide timely and effective support
• Coordinate with finance and logistics departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery
• Organize and maintain digital and paper sales files for easy retrieval and compliance
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports to inform management decisions
• Perform additional ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors to support team needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in administration, sales support, or customer service is preferred but not required
