Job Summary
Lead and manage mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment maintenance and troubleshooting teams to ensure reliable facility operations and project execution within cost and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a team of technical executives and technicians to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment issues effectively
- Manage procurement processes for major supply and repair items to ensure timely availability of resources for maintenance activities
- Plan, execute, and supervise preventive and condition monitoring maintenance programs for major electrical equipment to minimize downtime
- Perform hands-on preventive and breakdown maintenance tasks to maintain operational reliability
- Coordinate with clients and subcontractors to align maintenance and project activities with site requirements and standards
- Diagnose and rectify faults in mechanical and electrical systems within specified timeframes to ensure continuous operations
- Oversee troubleshooting and maintenance of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems, including fire protection, AV, and ACMV systems where applicable
- Plan and supervise all facilities management and operational activities to meet service standards and project objectives
- Control project costs while maintaining high service quality and operational efficiency
- Execute any other ad hoc duties as assigned to support facility and project needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience
- Technical knowledge of M&E systems, including fire protection, AV, and ACMV systems, is advantageous
- Ability to perform shift work as required
- Skills in preventive maintenance troubleshooting
