About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage critical back-end operations. This is a 100% non-client-facing role, perfect for an organized professional who excels at data management and ensuring "audit-ready" internal processes.
Engagement & Benefits
Basic Salary: Up to S$2,800.00/month
Benefits: Annual/Medical Leave, Medical Insurance
Hours: Mon-Fri, Standard Office Hours
Flexibility: Hybrid work options (designated WFH days)
Scope of Work
Sales Operations (Back-End):
Generate internal Quotations, Sales Orders, and Invoices.
Audit the CRM database to ensure deal stages and sales data are 100% accurate.
Consolidate data for weekly sales performance reports and KPI tracking.
Verify billing details to ensure records match accounting entries.
HR Admin & Compliance:
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and manage scheduling.
Maintain digital personnel files in compliance with PDPA.
Consolidate staff claims, attendance records, and leave records.
Administer government-paid leave (GPML, GPPML) and other MOM submissions.
Prepare employment letters, confirmations, and promotion documents.
Plan and coordinate company events and employee engagement activities.
Ad-hoc Admin duties as assigned
Requirements
Singaporean & Singapore-PR Only.
Diploma/Degree in Business, HR, or related field.
1-2 years in an admin role (HR or Sales support preferred).
Strong MS Office skills (Excel formulas are a must).
Sound understanding of the Singapore Employment Act & MOM guidelines.
Manage general office administrative matters and support daily operation.
Soft Skills: High level of discretion for confidential data, proactive initiative, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
