Role Overview
- Assist to plan and develop the x86/ x64 Microsoft related technology stack to support the end user computing infrastructure
- Develop review, maintain and enhance end user computing infrastructure, ensuring compliance to processes, guidelines, SLA to support digital workplace and enterprise environment.
- Enhance and maintain the end user computing capabilities to enhance end users’ productivity and their mobility needs.
Responsibilities:
- Establish plans and procedures for development of end user computing infrastructure in the area of Workplace and Wintel to support the productivity and enablement of business services.
- To support the Microsoft x86/ x64 technology stacks for the end user computing infrastructure for the business productivity needs
- Manage the operational and security compliance of end user computing infrastructure and its Service Levels of Operations.
- Establish effective business partnership and sharing of objectives with internal business users and partners
- Effective management of the end user computing solutions to meet the business productivity needs.
- Meet the Service Level Agreement, operational and security requirement for end user computing infrastructure.
- Ensure the day to-day operations of the desktop / mobile computing services are carried to ensure uninterrupted business service availability.
- Align with the business objectives/ strategy in area of end user computing technologies to support the productivity needs of the Bank.
- Effective use of end user computing technology stacks that enable and underpins the business applications.
- Achieve the right sized, optimized setup that support the technology expectations, Service-Level Agreement and capacity.
- Run and maintain the 24/7/365 Operations for Technology
- Assist in critical services Uptime & Recovery, scheduled Disaster Recovery (DR) activities.
EDUCATION
- Diploma/Degree with major in Business and/or Technology
- Minimum 3 yrs of experience in the infrastructure related
COMPETENCIES
- Technology management in broad area of end user computing and Microsoft technologies including SCCM & Active directory. Azure fundamentals
- Workplace productivity and enterprise mobility technologies.
- Helpdesk Support
- Business Communication & People Development Skills
- Knowledge of Banking Regulations including Software/Licensing Management
Certifications
- IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL v3/4)
- Microsoft certifications
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
