Key Responsibilities

• Wash and clean dishes, utensils, trays, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Operate commercial dishwashing machines safely and correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dishwashing and kitchen areas.
• Sort and dispose of food waste according to operational procedures.
• Ensure cleaned kitchenware is properly organized and stored.
• Assist kitchen and F&B staff with operational duties when required.
• Support smooth daily kitchen operations during busy periods.
• Follow workplace hygiene, food safety, and company procedures.
• Perform other operational duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Physically fit and comfortable performing hands on operational work.
• Able to work 12-hour roster shifts and 6 days per week.
• Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
