Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production operations to ensure production target, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Monitor production processes and resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Lead, train, and motivate production operators to maintain productivity and dicipline.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulation, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the Planning, Purchasing, Maintenance and Quality Departments to ensure smooth production flow.
• Prepare production reports and monitor machine utilization, downtime, and production efficiency.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in the Printing & Packaging Industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of printing processes, packaging production, quality control, and production planning will be an added advantage.
• Able to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply
