Manufacturing Engineering Manager (Server PCBA)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Manufacturing Engineering Department, including SMT, DIP, Process Engineering, and Optical Inspection teams.
- Develop and implement engineering standards, manufacturing processes, SOPs, and best practices to ensure operational excellence.
- Drive new production line setup, equipment commissioning, process validation, and New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Improve manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and process yield while reducing production costs through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex manufacturing and process-related technical issues.
- Manage engineering resources, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to support manufacturing operations and customer requirements.
- Lead production line planning, equipment selection, factory expansion projects, and manufacturing technology development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering Manager role within the server PCBA or electronics manufacturing industry. ( for Engineering Manager)
- Hands-on experience in SMT, DIP, PCBA manufacturing processes, process engineering, and production equipment.
- Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), production line setup, process validation, and factory startup projects is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IPC standards, Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, and manufacturing quality systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and technical leadership skills.
- Strong people management and cross-functional communication abilities.
- Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English.
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
