About The Company

  • Industry Focus: A technology services provider operating in the cloud, SaaS, managed service provider (MSP), or web hosting ecosystem.
  • Work Environment: A structured, process-driven workplace centered around operational excellence, administrative efficiency, and customer coordination rather than software development or coding.
  • Regional Operations: Based in Malaysia (budgeting RM 6,000 – RM 8,000) and supporting a client base requiring daily bilingual operations in Mandarin and English.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field (CGPA 3.5 or above preferred).
  • Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in cloud operations or tech-related operational roles.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking both Mandarin and English fluently.
  • Domain Exposure: Background working with Cloud Vendors, Resellers, MSPs, SaaS, Web Hosting, or AWS/GCP/Azure environments.
  • Core Competencies: Non-coding/non-developer mindset, strong attention to detail, comfort with process-driven tasks, and operational ownership.
  • Leadership & Availability: Leadership potential to mentor team members and flexibility to handle urgent customer issues outside standard working hours when necessary.

Job Scope

  • Account Operations Management: Oversee the full client account lifecycle, including setup, invitations, activations, suspensions, reactivations, and quota configurations.
  • Billing & Financial Operations: Manage operational billing, generate invoices, monitor prepaid customer balances, and process top-up adjustments.
  • Contract Administration: Review operational and service-related contracts for accuracy and compliance.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise between customers, internal departments, and third-party vendors to resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Leadership & Process Optimization: Guide daily operational efficiency within the team, mentor peers, and ensure high execution accuracy.
