about the job. In this strategic commercial position, you will manage cost control and contract administration frameworks for electrical engineering developments.

• Formulate comprehensive cost estimations, project budgets, and detailed tender documentation for electrical works.
• Evaluate contractual terms and negotiate variation orders and claims with external suppliers and subcontractors.
• Conduct precise site measurements and regular progress valuations to maintain cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Liaise closely with international contractors and suppliers to coordinate procurement activities and resolve commercial disputes.
• Prepare monthly cost tracking reports and financial forecasts for management evaluation.
  
  

Skills And Experience Required.

• Minimum of five years of experience within construction cost management, specifically focused on electrical engineering projects.
• Strong technical comprehension of quantity measurement, procurement procedures, and contract administration frameworks.
• Proficiency in using standard industry quantity surveying software and advanced spreadsheet tools.
• Solid capability to handle commercial negotiations and communicate effectively with overseas supply chain stakeholders.
• Qualifications in quantity surveying, electrical engineering, or a related field of study.
