Job Brief

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support daily store operations and assist in logistics functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth inventory management, systematic store organization, and effective coordination with the Logistics Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including receiving, checking, arranging, and recording stock.
• Ensure all store items are organized systematically for easy access and accurate inventory control.
• Monitor stock levels, track stock movements, and report any shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Assist in logistics functions, such as preparing and maintaining logistic reports, coordinating schedules, and supporting delivery arrangements.
• Work closely with the Logistic Dept to support day-to-day logistics operations.
• Prepare simple reports related to both store management and logistics.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the store and storage areas at all times.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the superior.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in store/warehouse/logistics field is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel/Word).
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Physically fit to handle store activities.
• Able to operate a forklift (possession of a valid forklift license is an advantage).
