Safety & Health

• Assist in conducting daily safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
• Help organize and facilitate safety training, toolbox meetings, and awareness campaigns.
• Maintain safety equipment and PPE inventory.
• Support incident/accident reporting, investigation, and corrective action tracking.
• Assist in emergency response planning and drills.

Environmental Compliance

• Monitor scheduled waste management and ensure proper labeling, storage, and disposal.
• Support effluent sampling, air quality, and noise level monitoring as required.
• Ensure compliance with DOE requirements and maintain related documentation.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, or annual environmental reports to authorities (e.g., DOE, DOSH).

Management Systems & Audits

• Maintain EHS documentation according to ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and company policies.
• Assist in internal audits, corrective/preventive action tracking, and closing NCRs.
• Support external audits (e.g., ISO certification audits, DOE/DOSH inspections, and RBA audits).
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance with customer EHS and CSR requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
