Our client is a growing innovative software company headquartered in Singapore with R&D and operations in the region including Taiwan and Malaysia. The company’s mission to provide a secure, reliable, and efficient computing power sharing platform tailored for the automotive, robotics, and server industries. With growing business opportunities, the company is looking for suitable candidates to strengthen its software team in Penang and Johore Bahru, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Support software certification and compliance activities in accordance with ISO 26262 Functional Safety standards.
• Design, develop, execute, and maintain:
• Unit Tests
• Integration Tests
• System Tests
• Prepare test documentation, reports, and compliance evidence.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve software defects and quality issues.
• Review and fix source code issues reported by static analysis tools.
• Work closely with development teams to improve code quality and maintain compliance with coding standards.
• Participate in software reviews, validation activities, and defect management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and regional engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency and productivity.
• Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

• Familiar with C/C++ programming language, especially C++.
• Experience developing software in a Linux environment.
• Experience writing unit test, integration test, and system test cases.
• Experience preparing test reports and technical documentation.
• Experience analyzing and fixing source code issues identified through static analysis tools.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and software quality practices.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
