Oversee the daily operations of e-commerce platforms, including product listings, promotions, inventory updates, sales order management, and customer enquiries to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
Drive online sales performance and enhance brand visibility across various digital marketplaces through effective campaign execution and marketplace management.
Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop to improve customer engagement, sales conversion, and overall platform performance.
Collaborate closely with the brand team and brand communication strategy team to support marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and brand-building activities.
Monitor online sales performance, marketplace trends, customer feedback, and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
Prepare reports and perform data analysis using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, to support business decisions and track performance metrics
Ensure timely and effective management of customer enquiries, resolving issues promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Maintain strong attention to detail in managing online content, product information, promotions, and operational processes
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of e-commerce activities and marketing initiatives
Provide support for ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned, demonstrating adaptability, initiative, and the ability to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment
Stay updated on e-commerce trends, digital marketing developments, and industry best practices to continuously improve online performance
