Responsibilities:

• Manage exhibition and event projects.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Follow up on designs, quotations, and project timelines.
• Ensure smooth execution from planning to completion.
• Maintain project documents and provide regular updates.
• Resolve project-related issues as they arise.

Requirements:

• Candidates must be currently based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in exhibitions, events, or project management is preferred.
• Willingness to travel globally as and when required.
