**Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience is a must.

Skills/Experience

·      Preferably at least 3 years of Salesforce Developer experience with Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field

·      3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and demonstrated experience with Agentforce, WhatsApp and Omni-Channel.

• Proficiency with ************* development including modification of standard objects and fields and creation of custom objects and fields
• Experience in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• Apex, Flow and Visualforce development, design, configuration, testing and deployment of ************* solutions
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce DevOps tools and practices.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, version control and automated deployment processes specific to Salesforce.
• Experience to implement and support payment gateway integrations and secure digital signature workflows to facilitate customer transactions and document management.
• Software engineering skills with ************* Platform (Flow, Apex, VisualForce, SOQL, Unit Testing)
• Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.)
• A desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based support environment
• Integrate multiple systems with Salesforce, including internal proprietary and third-party applications (example: 3CX, Novade, Netcore, QuestionPro, PowerBI, Seampify)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Current Salesforce certifications (e.g. App Builder, Platform Developer I.

·      Have experience in developing AI-driven solutions using Salesforce Einstein, including predictive analytics, recommendation models, and chatbots to enhance customer engagement and drive data-driven decision-making.

• Customize Einstein features, such as Einstein Analytics, Einstein Bots, and Einstein Prediction Builder, to deliver personalized and intelligent customer interactions.
• Experience to migrate process builder to flow
