Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Service Desk Engineer to join our IT support team on a contract basis. This role involves providing first-line technical support to end-users, resolving IT incidents, and ensuring seamless technology operations across the organisation.
Job Description
• Provide timely technical support via phone, email, and ticketing system for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, and user interactions in the service management system
• Support IT infrastructure maintenance activities and assist with system upgrades and deployments
Job Requirements
Min. N’Levels with IT Experiences.
Entry level with MIN. NITEC Cert is welcome!
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Outlook, and mobile device support.
Able to commit 44 hours/week; off days varies [Weekday / Weekend].
